Specifically crafted for the Synergy Science Home Filtration System, the Submicron Post Filter is the third stage in the three-step Synergy Home Filter™ process. This system ensures that your home's incoming water is thoroughly filtered to remove harmful toxins and excess minerals.
Water first passes through the pre-filter and main filtration unit, where substances like pesticides, pharmaceutical drugs, heavy metals, chlorine, chloramines, fluoride, and numerous other chemicals are removed. It then flows into the Submicron Post Filter, which offers an additional layer of filtration, capturing any remaining sediments or impurities.
Thanks to the fine pore size of the Submicron Post Filter (.5 micron), micro-filtration occurs, eliminating bacteria and protozoa such as Giardia, as well as heavier sediments.
