Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, as long as they meet the conditions outlined below.

Exchanges

We also accept product exchanges, provided the item is in new condition and the request is made within the allowed return window.

Return Conditions

  • Product Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Return Window: Returns and exchange requests must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Return Method: Returns must be sent by mail to the address provided by our support team.

Return Shipping

  • Return Label: Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping.

  • Return Address: Will be provided upon contacting support@vitalsourcehub.com.

Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
